Synergie Australia is seekingTrade Assistantsfor our client in themodular building industrylocated inEdinburgh North.
The important parts:•Shift:Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm, with possible overtime•Pay Rate:$***** per hour plus penalties, with higher rates for Trade Qualified candidates•Opportunities for permanencyfollowing a qualifying period
What you will be required to do:As a Trade Assistant, you will support the construction and assembly of modular buildings, working alongside a skilled team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Assist with roofing, cladding, and general building tasks• Carry out gyprocking, plasterboard fixing, and fit-outs• Support steel frame construction and sheet metal work• Perform general maintenance and construction assistance• Ensure all work is performed safely and to quality standards




To be successful in the role you will:• Have previous experience in construction/building or as a Trade Assistant (modular building experience highly regarded)•Possess skills in roofing, cladding, carpentry, or sheet metal (bonus but not essential)• Be willing to undergo and pass a full functional medical assessment including drug & alcohol screening• Have full working rights in Australia• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
