We're looking for a Technology Support Coordinator to become the first point of contact for technology support across our six Gold Coast offices.
Reporting to our Technical Strategy Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our team has the technology, systems and support they need to perform at their best.
Whether you're currently working in IT support, systems administration, or you're the technology go-to person within another industry (including real estate), we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
No two days are the same.
You'll support our team with day-to-day technology needs while helping deliver an outstanding experience for every Coastal team member.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for all internal technology support.
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of team members across all business systems.
Creating user accounts and managing system access.
Liaising with external IT providers and software partners.
Supporting Microsoft 365 and our business technology platforms.
Maintaining staff and agent online profiles.
Updating our company website and digital platforms.
Assisting with Airtable, Coastal Hub,
CRM systems and other business applications.
Coordinating technology equipment and asset management.
Supporting technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
