This traineeship would be perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and naturally loves to maintain the environment.
This role involves maintaining residential properties while learning on the job.
You will learn to recognise plants, install and maintain displays, implement soil improvements and plant nutrition programs.
What will you be doing?
As part of completing a Certificate III in Horticulture, you will gain the knowledge and hands-on experience required to maintain and care for a variety of plants, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining and caring for plants, lawns, and garden areas
Identifying and diagnosing plant health issues
Treating and preventing pests, weeds, and diseases
Pruning, planting,
and general garden maintenance
Operating basic gardening tools and equipment
Working full-time hours (minimum 38 hours per week)
