We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Laverton team.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading a small team of approximately three Store persons.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, kitting and dispatch activities to ensure customer delivery requirements are metLead, coach and support a small team of approximately three Store persons, fostering a safe, productive and cooperative work environmentAssist with workforce planning, training and the coordination of daily activities to maximise operational efficiencyMonitor inventory accuracy, quality and warehouse processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvementPromote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures and housekeeping standards




To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally in a leadership or coordinator roleProven ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team while maintaining strong customer service standardsExcellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and collaborate across multiple teamsA current HR Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one) and experience operating warehouse equipmentConfidence learning new systems, with SAP or other warehouse management system experience highly regarded
