The Role:
As Duty Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our team, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring our patrons enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Your key responsibilities will include managing bistro, bar and gaming services, coordinating the team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist to manage daily hotel operations including bar, bistro, functions and gaming.
Lead and support a team to maintain high service standards.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Oversee cash handling, gaming operations, and compliance.




Uphold and enforce safety, health, alcohol and gaming regulations.
Oversee the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members, fostering a positive and welcoming workplace.
Assist in rostering, staff management, and training.
Uphold high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry advantageous, but not necessary.
Gaming, food and beverage experience.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Must hold RSA and RCG certification.
ARCG will need to be obtained if not already held.
