The Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised and customer‐focused Operations Coordinator to join our Hazelmere team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the hire operations team, ensuring our hire process flows smoothly, and helping deliver excellent service to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing customer enquiries, quotes and hire agreements.
Managing hire orders from intake through to dispatch and return.
Keeping accurate records of equipment movements, hire durations and invoicing.
Coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure equipment is delivered, returned and prepared on time.
Assisting with customer communications—responding to calls/emails, updating customers on status, resolving issues.
Maintaining hire inventory databases and supporting continuous improvement of hire workflows.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience (1+ year)



in an administrative, customer-service or hire operations role (equipment hire, transport, logistics or similar preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-service mindset.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when processing records and documentation.
Comfortable managing competing tasks, working under pressure and adapting to change.
Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office; prior experience with hire / fleet management or rental software is desirable.
Valid Australian work rights.
