We're looking for a motivated Pool & Spa Technician to join our growing team and uphold our reputation for quality.
The Role: As a Pool & Spa Technician, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular pool and spa maintenance (cleaning, brushing, vacuuming).
Performing detailed water analysis and chemical balancing.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues (pumps, filters, chlorinators).
Performing minor repairs and assisting with new equipment installations.
Maintaining clear communication with clients and providing expert advice.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Good communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Previous experience in the pool industry is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
