What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but you'll be:
Welcoming customers (and their dogs!) with a smile.
Helping customers choose the best food, treats and products for their pets.
Learning about canine nutrition so you can confidently recommend products.
Creating beautiful retail displays becauseretail is detail.
Replenishing stock and keeping our store looking immaculate.
Serving customers.
Packing orders and helping prepare deliveries.
Making every customer leave saying, "Wow... we'll definitely be back."
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Loves dogs (this one's non-negotiable!)
Has previous retail or customer service experience.
Can provide exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm.
Is available to work acrossall seven days of the week, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace.
Loves learning and is happy to build knowledge about pet nutrition.
Has great communication skills and enjoys talking with people.
Can work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in the pet industry.
Own a dog (or several!).
Have an interest in animal nutrition or health.
Love creating eye-catching retail displays.
Can remember customers' dogs by name.
