Job Description
We are looking for a practical, data-drivenSupply & Logistics Analystto manage and optimise our end-to-end supply chain.
In this position, you will lead the data analysis, system modelling, and logistics tracking that drives our inventory control and distribution network.
You will be responsible for maintaining our database integrity, handling demand forecasting, managing international procurement metrics, and building tracking dashboards.
Based full time at our Adelaide facilities, you will work directly with senior management and our store network to resolve logistics bottlenecks and keep daily business operations running smoothly.
Par of your key responsibilities will beSystem Data Governance & Integrity:Manage day-to-day data structure, validation & tracking within the ERP system to maintain database accuracy.
Run regular checks on daily sales metrics to establish reliable information for management decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Health:Monitor stock levels across the business, evaluate historical sales trends & forecast future product demand & establish stock thresholds.
Supply Chain & Import Analysis:Manage data, lead times & workflows regarding overseas product sourcing & international procurement.
Track container timelines & optimise all logistics to minimise supply chain disruptions.
Logistics & Route Optimisation:Analyse transport data to plan optimal freight routing, coordinate delivery schedules & improve shipping efficiency.
Evaluate transport carrier performance to minimise delivery timelines & expenditures.
Performance Reporting & Dashboards:Design, build & maintain performance reports & analytical dashboards.
Work with complex logistics & sales data to pull out strategic insights, track core supply chain KPIs & find cost savings.
Operational Strategy & Store Support:Work directly with Operations Manager to convert data insights into practical process improvements.
Provide analytical & data-based solutions to support our supply chain.
Vendor Performance Management:Maintain communication with suppliers & transport to track contract compliance, monitor lead times & secure a steady supply line.
Skill & Experience
Qualifications & Experience Required
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a highly related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a dedicated supply chain analytics, logistics engineering, or business intelligence role.
Strong technical capability managing database integrity, data tracking, and system data verification within enterprise systems.
Hands-on proficiency with data analysis software and reporting tools to build visual performance metrics and dashboards.
Practical knowledge of demand forecasting, predictive inventory control, and global import logistics.
A natural problem-solver who enjoys breaking down business data to build realistic business strategies.
Excellent communication skills to present analytical findings to management and collaborate effectively with external and internal stockholders.
