The Role
We're seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focusedCash & Carry Sales Assistantto join our Operations team.
This role is the face of our Cash & Carry store, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting day-to-day retail operations.
You'll assist customers with product selection, promote special offers and new product launches, maintain store presentation standards, and help ensure stock is accurately managed and readily available.
If you are a qualified hairdresser looking for casual work 2-3 days per week, between Monday to Friday in one of our wholesale locations, with proven retail experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
Assist customers with product recommendations and purchasing decisions
Promote current deals, special offers, and new product launches
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
Receive, unpack, and replenish stock as required
Set up and maintain promotional displays and merchandising activities
Participate in stocktakes and inventory management activities
Monitor stock levels and report stock issues as required
Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate customer and product information within company systems
Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures
Contribute positively to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment
