The RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in delivering luxury multi-residential and townhouse developments across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
With three new projects due to commence as part of the company's continued growth, this is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage.
You will oversee projects from procurement through to handover, ensuring program, cost, quality, safety and contractual objectives are achieved.
Working within a collaborative and well-supported environment,



you'll drive successful project outcomes while building robust relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams and delivering high-quality residential projects.
About YouYou will ideally come from a Tier 2 or well-established building contractor background and have at least 2 years' experience operating as a Project Manager.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Proven experience delivering multi-residential, commercial or similar construction projects.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to drive projects through to successful completion.
