We are seeking Enrolled and Registered Nurses available for casual shifts between Monday to Friday, to work between the Transition Care Service (TCS) in Adelaide's CBD and Walkerville.
The Amplar Home Hospital TCS provides welcoming locations for public hospital patients who no longer require acute care.
Here, patients can rest and recover in comfort, while helping free up hospital beds for those who are acutely unwell.
No two days will be the same: you'll care for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, helping them regain strength and confidence, in this sub-acute hospital setting.
Your opportunity
This opportunity will provide you a chance to bring your nursing experience to provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of needs in a current dynamic setting outside of the hospital, in addition to:
Delivery high quality patient care
Coordination and delivery of high-quality patient centred care within a multidisciplinary environment
Maintain accurate patient records
Respond confidently to clinical changes and other emergency situations
Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
About you

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration with at least 2 years' experience.
Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
