Membership & Accounts Co-ordinator.
This role is available from 0.6 FTE (three days per week) up to full time, based in Adelaide CBD with occasional out-of-hours work required.
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and administration?
TiCSA is seeking a Membership & Accounts Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team and support our membership and financial administration functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an exceptional level of customer service to TiCSA members and stakeholders.
Assist in onboarding new members and maintaining relationships with existing members.
Support membership retention, engagement, and renewal initiatives.
Contribute to membership growth by supporting recruitment activities, following up prospective members, and promoting the value of TiCSA membership.
Process membership applications, invoices, payments, and financial transactions using Xero.
Assist in reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate member records and support database management.
Depending on experience, this role may also involve high-level board administration and executive support.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and has:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Financial administration experience, including invoicing and reconciliation.
A high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
A team-first attitude and willingness to contribute to TiCSA's organisational culture.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience with Xero or other accounting software.
Prior experience in membership-based organisations.
Knowledge of the tourism industry.
CRM and database management experience.

is the peak body for South Australia's tourism industry.
We are a not-for-profit, member-based organisation representing over 1,100 tourism businesses across the state.
Our purpose is to advocate for, engage with, and strengthen businesses to grow South Australia's visitor economy.
We do this by delivering business development programs, training, and events for our members and the broader tourism industry.
