We're currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and friendlyCustomer Service & Administration Professionalto join our close‐knit Townsville team.
This is aTemporary Role,40 hours per week, and will be extended to a Full-Time Permanent Role for the right person.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service from start to finish.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Greeting customers face-to-face
Answering phones and responding to emails promptly
Quoting jobs and ordering parts
Coordinating and managing fitters' daily job flow
Creating clear, detailed task information for technicians
Keeping customers informed on job progress
Processing payments and issuing receipts
Managing compliance paperwork and electronic filing
Accounts receivable and payable data entry and reconciliation
Monitoring email inboxes to ensure fast response times
Supporting simple and project-based jobs, including those in remote locations
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service.

Ideally, you will bring:
Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timeframes

Confidence using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
General knowledge of motor vehicles (advantageous)
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Commitment, loyalty, discretion, and confidentiality
