We are looking for a skilled plasterer with knowledge and experience in a range of render finishes and cladding systems, who is experienced in repair and maintenance work in both residential and commercial projects.
This is a hands-on and varied role, with versatile working hours available.
Job Requirements:
Skillset to apply a variety of render and texture coatings to different substrates with precision
Experienced in external texture repair work and painting touch ups with consistent, quality workmanship
Able to assess and report on scope of rectifications required based on site inspection
General understanding of working drawings
Be familiar with and work to comply with WH&S; requirements, ensuring all maintenance works are performed within a safe working environment
Providing a professional, courteous, and tidy service to our clients




Excellent customer service and able to communicate clearly and positively with trades, site supervisors and home-owners
Report job information to managers and schedulers including time sheets, material usage and variations
Qualifications & experience
At least 5-10 years' rendering & plastering experience within the residential construction industry
Current White Card
Must have a current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
Must have own tools
Neat and professional presentation
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package and experience a consistent and varied pipeline of work.
We have ongoing projects and can provide full-time work in both residential and commercial projects.
The opportunity to work as a subcontractor under your own ABN is available should that be preferred, and flexible working hours are available.
Rate paid will be commensurate with experience and working arrangements (casual/full-time/subcontract).
