We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivatedPractice Nurseto join our supportive team at our family-owned practices,Currambine Family PracticeandOcean Keys Family Practice.
This role is ideal for a nurse with an interest inchronic disease management, patient education, and health assessments, who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice workplace.
About the Role
Casual position working2-3 days per week
Hours are between8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends or after-hours)
Rosters are provided3–4 weeks in advance, offering flexibility to fit around family commitments or other employment
The majority of your time will be spent in thetreatment room
Option to join ourUrgent Care Clinic casual pool
Potential to transition to apermanent positionfor the right candidate
Essential Criteria
CurrentAHPRAregistration as a Registered Nurse




CurrentCPR certificate
CompletedImmunisation Certificate, or currently working towards completion
Demonstrated experience inChronic Disease Management
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
Understanding ofGeneral Practice Accreditationrequirements
Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Desirable
Previous experience usingBest Practiceclinical software
