About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Practice Lead to provide clinical leadership and embed best practice across our care and clinical services.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting frontline staff to deliver high-quality, safe, and person‐centred care.
You'll lead clinical education and assessment, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leaders to strengthen capability, compliance, and service outcomes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to influence practice, mentor teams, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in a variety of service areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, education, and supervision, to nurses and care workers
Embed best practice standards, policies, and clinical governance across services
Lead and design training, coaching, and professional development initiatives
Conduct audits, reviews, and evaluations to validate outcomes
Support continuous improvement in care delivery and service outcomes
Build strong relationships across teams and external stakeholders
Contribute to change initiatives and service development
About You
You are a confident clinical leader who enjoys developing others and improving service quality.
You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health
Current AHPRA registration
At least 2+ years' experience in aged care (community or residential)
Experience in staff supervision, mentoring, training or leadership
Strong understanding of clinical standards and care quality frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative, solutions‐focused approach
