About the Role
You will be selling across a diverse range of used vehicles, giving you the flexibility to work with different customers, budgets and buying motivations every single day.
You'll take ownership of your deals from initial enquiry through to delivery, building rapport quickly and creating a buying experience that converts but more importantly, feels seamless, builds trust and keeps customers coming back.
You understand that strong customer service isn't just about being friendly.
It's about clear communication, setting expectations, following through and delivering on what you promise every time.
You'll work closely with Finance and Aftercare Consultants to ensure every chance is maximised, every product is presented and every deal reaches its full potential.
This is a team that understands how to win, and more importantly, supports you to do it consistently.
About You

You're confident working in a high volume environment and thrive when things are moving quickly.




You understand that activity drives results, and you're not afraid to put in the work to build your pipeline.
You know how to build trust quickly, handle objections without friction and create an experience that brings customers back and drives referrals.
You bring energy to the floor, back yourself in front of customers, and know how to create urgency without pressure.
Automotive sales experience is highly regarded, particularly in used vehicles, but mindset and drive matter just as much.
A current and valid driver's licence is essential.
