About the role
We are looking to hire a motivated, organised and team focusedAdministrative Assistantfor our O'Connor office to assist with the co-ordination and administration of all our Leasing & Hire Fleet as well as Container Sales.
You will be an integral part of the Commercial Team, assisting the Commercial Manager with their customer projects and overseeing the processing of sales orders, as well as assisting Managing Director when required.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Maintain and foster relationships with both customers and suppliers
Processing and preparation of purchase orders
Replying to customers' requests in a timely manner
Qualifications & Experience
High level of diligence and attention to detail
Enthusiastic & confident, with a "can-do" attitude
Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
Be able to work as part of a team
Genuine passion to learn and increase responsibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel at intermediate/advanced level)
