About the roleAn exciting opportunity has opened for a Showroom Sales Consultant to join a high-performing showroom at Marion.
This role is ideal for a confident, results-driven professional who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys guiding customers through premium purchases, and is passionate about creating memorable, personalised experiences.
What you will do
Deliver tailored, memorable experiences to every customer while building lasting relationships
Use storytelling and consultative selling to help customers envision their ideal space
Proactively identify sales opportunities and close high-value transactions with confidence
Manage sales administration, orders, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently
Ensure the showroom is always presented to premium standards with attention to detail
Collaborate with leadership to support overall showroom performance and team success
What you will bring




Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales
Strong commercial drive with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Natural ability to build relationships and connect with customers
Experience selling high-value products or within luxury retail environments
Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient during busy periods
