The Role
We're seeking a motivatedDuty Managerto oversee daily operations across bar, Reception, gaming, and functions.
You'll lead a energetic team, ensure excellent service, and uphold compliance standards.
This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced setting.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Club, including the bar, gaming lounge, restaurant, reception and function areas, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
Coordinate and supervise Club events, live entertainment, member activities and private functions to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor gaming and licensed venue operations and ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and Club policies.
Manage venue opening and closing procedures, cash handling processes, security arrangements and incident reporting.
Respond to member and guest enquiries, complaints and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Build strong relationships with Club members, guests, local community groups and key stakeholders.




Assist with the promotion of Club facilities, events and membership initiatives to encourage member engagement and visitation.
Monitor the presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of all Club facilities and coordinate repairs and maintenance when required.
Recruit, train, mentor and supervise hospitality, gaming and operational staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational performance.
Prepare staff rosters, allocate duties and monitor labor resources to support efficient venue operations.
Assist with stock control, supplier coordination and purchasing activities to ensure operational requirements are met.
Support senior management in achieving financial, operational and strategic objectives of the Club.

What You'll Need
Diploma of Hospitality Management
Relevant Hospitality leadership experience is required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
Current RSA and RSG (RCG desirable).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
