The Package
Salary from $115,000 to $120,000+, based on skill and experience.
Project bonuses on successful residential and light commercial jobs, paid quarterly.

About the Role
You'll work closely with our Commercial Project Manager, Residential Coordinator, service techs and admin team,



leading high end installations across all makes and models in both residential and light commercial environments.
WestOz Trades are warranty agents for Hisense, Midea and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, so your workload will span standard residential installs through to larger commercial projects.
What You'll Do
Install and replace Split, Reverse Cycle ducted, Cassette, VRF systems and Package units to WestOz standards and industry regulations
Manage your time, communicate well and take full ownership of your jobs
Support and mentor apprentices and junior techs within the installation scope
Assist with larger projects and work closely with the estimator when needed
Assist when needed with smaller-scale basic residential installations.
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold WestOz's core values
Maintain safe work practices at all times
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Ideally You Have
3+ years experience
Cert II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems, or Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Restricted Electrical Licence (WA) preferred but not essential
Current driver's licence
Strong communication and relationship building skills
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to problem solve and think ahead
Leadership qualities and a team first approach
A genuine commitment to personal and professional growth
