Located in our stylish Parkside Office, you'll take full ownership of the estimating process - ensuring every build is accurate, compliant and commercially sound.
You'll play a critical role in bringing our homes to life while maintaining strong relationships across teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Reporting to the Building Estimating Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Deliver accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Prepare purchase/work orders efficiently and on time
Analyse quotes and provide margin and cost reports
Ensure builds remain profitable and cost-effective
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and trades
Support workflow management across production jobs; and
Apply NCC and Australian Standards to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years' estimating experience in residential construction
Solid understanding of the home building process
Experience in volume building (highly regarded)
Exposure to an estimating system such as DataBuild or Timberline (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities; and
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
