Who we are looking for
NSW & ACT Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain).
Experience in retail property, shopping centre management, or centre operations.
A strong Retail Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Centre Manager with neighbourhood centre experience.
Comfortable managing budgets, financials and commercial performance.
Willing to travel regularly across Shell Cove, Canberra, Merimbula, Ulladulla and the South Coast.
The role
This role will be based predominantly at Shell Cove, near Wollongong, with responsibility across five centres: Shell Cove, Coolamon Court in Canberra, Tura Beach in Merimbula, and Ulladulla.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the performance and presentation of the centre portfolio.
Build solid relationships with retailers and tenants.
Manage budgets and support commercial outcomes.
Lead and collaborate with remote operations and administration teams.




Maintain a strong presence at Shell Cove and travel regularly across the portfolio.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective stakeholder communication across all centre
