About the role
This role, you'll join an established and supportive implementation team with strong training and guidance.
Working with our Financial Advisers,
you'll help deliver advice recommendations and provide a smooth experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing advice documentation and application paperwork
Coordinating implementation from start to finish
Liaising with product providers and clients
Maintaining accurate records in XPLAN (Compass)
Managing adviser workflows and implementation timeframes
Providing exceptional client service and administrative support
What we're looking for
We're seeking a proactive and organised professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in client services, administration, customer service or professional services
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in financial planning, XPLAN (Compass), or knowledge of superannuation, investments, insurance and compliance (highly regarded)
Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted Australian working rights
