About The Role We have a outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic Pre-op admissions Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a part-time basis minimum 32hrs fortnight.
Monday to Friday, no on-call, no overnights and no public holidays.
Duties And Responsibilities
This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
Support the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient careEnsure the Day Surgery, patients and equipment are ready for surgeryEnsure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focusMonitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complicationsDeliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery
About You
You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
You will have:
Solid experience in Day of Surgery Admissions essentialCurrent AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseExceptional interpersonal and communication skills A true commitment to delivering high quality patient care Experience in below specialties desirable
