THE ROLE:
Are you a dedicated and motivated Barista?
Paradise Resort Gold Coast is on the look out for a casual Barista to join the team!
Working part of a busy hotel team, this role requires candidates to be experienced in working well under pressure and able to multi-task large coffee orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivering high quality barista coffee
Opening and setting up the café for service
Serving & order taking
Supporting the team with general tasks such as cleaning & food running
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous barista experience required
Knowledge of espresso machines
Ability to work through a high volume of dockets to a high standard of quality
Effective communication skills
Personal drive to achieve service goals and expectations
Have a full availability; able to work weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays as required
