An opportunity now exists for aFinance Business Partnerto join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll directly contribute to the company's financial reporting and forecasting processes, whilst operating as a true business partner to inform decisions that drive business strategy.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Leading revenue forecasting and financial planning across a diverse product portfolio
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including scenario modelling and analysis
Delivering timely financial reporting, insights, and variance analysis using Adaptive Insights
Partnering with leaders to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance across the business
Supporting strategic decision-making through commercial analysis, modelling, and recommendations
Developing and validate business cases for key client and internal projects
Overseeing revenue recognition, reconciliations, and forecasting of variable income streams
Providing ROI analysis to support product investment and client profitability decisions




Collaborating with Commercial teams on pricing strategies and financial modelling
Supporting year-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance activities
Partnering with budget holders to drive accountability and a proactive forecasting culture
Monitoring project performance and financial outcomes against approved business cases
About You
Previous experience in a commercial focused accounting role e.g. Management Accounting, Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner etc.
Solid ability to use systems and technology to provide effective reporting to Managers and Leaders
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently build rapport and be seen as a true partner
Degree qualification in a relevant area e.g. Accounting, Finance, Banking or Commerce
Post graduate qualifications/professional memberships with CAANZ, CPA, CIMA etc. will be highly regarded
