The College of Climate Change is located in Malaga Western Australia, and is looking to hire the right people who are dependable, reliable and experienced to join our call centre.
We are a fast-growing company and as part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our outbound sales team.
Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for engaging with current and new clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable trade courses to them.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hitting targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our courses on offer.
Send follow-up emails to maintain engagement and build relationships.
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client information in our CRM system (Capsule).




Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
Highly motivated people with previous experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high productivity.
Able to provide a police check or willing to obtain.
