We're looking for an organised, energetic, and people-focused Repair Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our operations.

It is an prospect to build a long-term career in the insurance building industry with genuine opportunities to grow into Restoration, Project Management or Operations.
What you'll be doing
No two days are ever the same.
You'll work alongside our Project Managers, Supervisors, Trades and Insurers to keep repair projects moving from start to finish.
Your day may include:
Coordinating residential insurance repair projects
Scheduling trades and appointments
Being the friendly point of contact for customers
Managing insurer communications and updates
Updating insurer portals and our job management software (Prime)
Monitoring job progress and ensuring milestones are achieved
Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records
Supporting Project Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Answering customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism
Ensuring every repair stays on track, on time and well communicated
What we're looking for
You are someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos.
You love ticking things off a list,



solving problems before they become issues and making customers feel looked after.
You'll ideally have:
Previous administration or coordination experience
Excellent organisation skills
Strong computer skills
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to juggle multiple priorities
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Great attention to detail
A calm approach under pressure
Experience with insurance, construction or restoration is highly regarded - but not essential.
