About the Role
As the Civil Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily site operations, leading crews from project commencement through to completion.
You'll coordinate people, plant and subcontractors while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials.
Read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with all OH&S; requirements, SWMS and site safety procedures.
Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain effective site communication.
Oversee earthworks, drainage, pavements, subdivisions and associated civil works.
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets.
Provide leadership on site while remaining hands-on when required.
About You
To be successful, you'll possess:
Previous experience supervising civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies.
Ability to confidently read and interpret construction plans.
Operating experience (highly regarded).
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong understanding of OH&S; legislation and SWMS.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant licences, tickets and industry certifications.
A reliable, organised and proactive approach.
