We are seeking the following casual roles:
Dedicated Housekeeper/Cleaner (approx ******* hours per week)
All-Rounder (approx 15 hours per week)
About the Roles
Guest Service Operator
You'll be the friendly face of the park, providing outstanding customer service while keeping reception running smoothly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Guest check-ins and departures
Reservations and enquiries
Processing payments
Answering phone calls and emails
Maintaining reception presentation
Assisting with amenity cleaning when required
Facilities Cleaner/Housekeeper
You'll help maintain the exceptionally high cleanliness standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cleaning amenities, cabins and shared facilities
Following structured cleaning schedules
Completing in-house laundry
Supporting presentation across multiple areas
Identifying maintenance issues
Working with management to maintain high standards at all times
Kitchen Operator
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Open and close the takeaway shop.
Prepare and cook breakfast and takeaway menu items.
Complete food preparation and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.




Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment.
Monitor food quality and presentation.
Replenish stock and advise when supplies are running low.
Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures.
Deliver friendly and productive customer service.
The successful applicant will also provide an after-hours caretaker presence by:
Assisting with late arrivals and urgent issues
Completing evening security walks
Reporting hazards and safety concerns
Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests

While full training is provided, we're looking for people who demonstrate:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confidence using computers and cloud-based systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow structured systems and procedures
