We're looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service Officer to become an integral part of our Client's operations.

About the Role As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience from enquiry through to project completion.
You'll work closely with sales, estimating, production, and delivery teams to provide accurate information, coordinate orders, and resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide product information, pricing, and order updates.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM and business systems.
Assist the sales team with administrative support and customer follow-up.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and supporting documentation as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
Experience within the building, construction, manufacturing,



or trade industry (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
A positive, team-focused attitude.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business software (experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage).
