Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries via email
Providecustomer service support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic scheduling or service-related issues, recording job notes etc
Support the team with administrative tasks, including MYOB, CRM and Office processes
