About the Role:
This role is a nice mix with 60% managing product returns in our small warehouse and 40% customer services based in our office area.
You'll have a real interest in clothing and the apparel industry and love delighting customers.
On the job, full training will be provided.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Managing the product returns in our small warehouse
Completing the receipt, storage and dispatch of all products handled through our warehouse
Ensuring the efficient, safe and tidy operation of the warehouse
Creating the best customer experience for our customers
Providing customers with advice and guidance on our product range
Processing orders
Generating increased sales from customers
Answering customer queries as quickly as possible i.e. stock availability, online order setups, delivery information
You will enjoy working and communicating with others whilst being able to work autonomously when required.
You will also enjoy challenging yourself to meet and exceed performance targets set for our Store People.
You'll have:




Very positive organisation skills and a detailed oriented approach
Good problem-solving skills
Experience providing excellent customer services over the phone and email
Experience in managing stock returns and warehouse operations
Excellent communication skills, verbal and in written
A friendly and warm nature and enjoy helping others
A adaptable approach, able to change gears as the situation calls for it
A team approach – happy to cover for others in the team
Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to a beginner level
