About the Role
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and safety-focused individuals to join our growing manufacturing team based at Wingfield on a permanent full-time basis.
Experienced CNC Machinists, Manual Machinists, Fitter & Turners, Toolmakers, and Machine Operators are all encouraged to apply.
Manual machinists looking to transition into CNC machining will be highly regarded.
Our modern facility features a wide variety of CNC machines along with specialised purpose-built machinery, offering excellent exposure, learning opportunities,
and long-term career growth for individuals with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
Positions are available across day and afternoon shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathes, cutting, threading, and specialised machinery
Follow production schedules while maintaining quality standards
Perform routine machine and quality checks
Maintain safe and efficient work practices
Accurately record production information and report issues promptly
Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and KPIs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Experience in CNC machining, manual machining, fitting & turning, toolmaking, or manufacturing environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and adapt
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Safety-focused with good communication skills
Forklift licence, overhead crane experience or trade qualifications will be advantageous but not essential
