Thiscommunity-based roleallows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

As aSenior Occupational Therapist, you'll:
Manage adiverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
Conductclinical assessmentsof participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
Providepractical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Take onleadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.
We're looking for anOccupational Therapistwith:
AHPRA registrationand 1.5+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
A valid driver licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
