About the Role
Manage a diverse caseload across all areas of family law
Handle matters involving both dispute resolution and complex litigation
Demonstrate strong knowledge in children's matters and property settlements
Draft high-quality correspondence, consent orders, applications, affidavits and other court documents
Negotiate effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients
Appear in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences and Trials
Opportunity to work across other areas of practice if desired
About You
Experience in family law, ideally within a private practice setting, with confidence managing your own files and clients
Strong prioritisation and time-management skills, enabling you to stay organised and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to draft clearly and persuasively
Solid capability with Microsoft Office 365
