Since ****, we have built a strong reputation and loyal client base, with much of our growth coming through referrals and word of mouth.
We are now looking for an experiencedMarketing Managerto help us reach new markets, strengthen our brands and build a larger, more consistent sales pipeline.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and function across ProcessWorx and ProcessWorxAg.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, bring new ideas and make things happen.
You will:
Develop, own and execute our marketing strategy.
Create campaigns that generate qualified leads and build the sales pipeline.
Own and evolve our brands, messaging and market positioning.
Lead content across social media, website, email marketing and thought leadership.
Develop targeted campaigns for key industries, services and geographic markets.
Plan and coordinate events, webinars, conferences and industry engagement activities across Australia.
Identify valuable partnership, sponsorship and industry association opportunities.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and sharpen our positioning.
Track and report on marketing performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget and external suppliers.
About You
You are a commercially minded marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with the ability to deliver.
You understand that successful marketing is about more than likes and followers.
You know how to build awareness, generate qualified leads and contribute to measurable business growth.
You will bring:




A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
At least five years' marketing experience, including experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing or similar role.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services, SaaS, technology or another complex service environment.
Proven experience developing campaigns that generate leads and contribute to a sales pipeline.
Strong capability across digital marketing, content strategy, email campaigns, websites, social media and contemporary marketing tools, including AI.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to improve results.
Solid project management skills and experience managing external suppliers.
The confidence to bring ideas, take ownership and challenge our thinking.
Experience working within, or marketing to, the agricultural industry would be highly valued.ProcessWorxAg is an important and growing part of our business, and an understanding of agribusiness, regional businesses and farming communities would be a significant advantage.
