About the RoleWe are expanding our dynamic team and on the lookout for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner.
In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants' NDIS goals.
You'll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work.
You'll support clients across various locations throughout Gold Coast and Sydney, providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement,



and review Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirementsConduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventionsProvide training and support to families, carers, and support teamsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standardsCollaborate with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team
About YouNDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (Core, Proficient or Advanced)Experience in Behaviour Support Plan development and Functional Behaviour AssessmentsKnowledge of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Capability FrameworkStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for improving livesDriver's License
