This is a true boots-on-the-ground role where you won't be behind a desk all day.
You'll be visible on site, building strong relationships, influencing safe behaviours and motivating teams to do their best work, safely.
With multiple Urban sites to support, strong organisation, time management and the ability to build trust quickly are essential.
About the roleWorking closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will help drive a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across our Urban projects.

About youYou are a people-oriented safety professional who can influence, motivate and lead by example.
You are organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast-paced Urban environment.You will bring:Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and SafetyProject-based experience within the civil industryStrong knowledge of SHET systems, legislation and risk managementExperience in risk assessments, audits, incident reporting and investigations
