Project Support Representative (PSR)
We are currently seeking aProject Support Representative (PSR)to provide administrative and project support on site for one of our valued clients.
About the Role
Casual position
Competitive hourly rate plus applicable penalties
10 days on / 4 days off roster
Based at project sites
Accommodation and meals provided while on roster
Shared transport provided from Mackay to site and return
Daily hours approximately 6:00am – 5:00pm
Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
Manage and undertake project records management on site, including checking documentation, scanning, filing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records.
Manage and maintain project registers, including organising test and tag requirements, equipment servicing, and updating registers.
Conduct project-specific site inductions.
Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and hazardous substances registers.
Provide general administrative and project support as directed by the Supervisor and Project Manager.
Assist with various site-based duties to support project operations.
About You
Strong computer and administration skills.




High level of organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in project administration, site administration, document control, or a similar role will be highly regarded.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a site-based setting.
