What You'll Be Doing
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting one of our experienced Property Managers while managing your own daily responsibilities, including:
Conducting routine and final bond inspections of residential rental properties.
Liaising with tenants to ensure a positive and seamless tenancy experience.
Assisting your Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
Coordinating maintenance and contractor appointments.
Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Providing exceptional service to tenants and contractors.
Contributing to a positive, supportive and professional team culture.
About You




To be successful in this role you will have:
At least12 months' experience working within a real estate agency.
A genuine commitment to building a long-term career in Property Management.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
An impeccable work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Qualified personal presentation.
The ability to work well independently while also being a valuable team member.
A current driver's licence.
