About the Role:
We are looking for a Staff Deployment Officer to join our Rostering department on a full time permanent basis.
The hours of work from Monday to Friday one week 530am – 130pm & second week ****am – 730pm.
There will be overtime opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Monitoring and tracking staff movements
Coordinating shift coverage
Maintaining CAD accuracy
Updating databases
Providing policy guidance
Handling complaints
Processing infringements
Reporting on KPIs

Admin or call centre experience
Strong communication skills

Microsoft Office skills specifically excel
