TJ Ultimate Touch Barbershop is seeking a skilled and experiencedHairdresser (ANZSCO ******)to join our team on a full time basis at our Belmont location.
The successful candidate will have experience in a wide range of cutting and styling techniques, hair treatments, and grooming services.
You will bring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming options
Cut, trim, and style hair using a variety of professional techniques, including scissor work, clipper fades, and razor finishes
Provide hair colouring, scalp treatments, and conditioning services
Perform beard trims, shaves, and moustache grooming services
Wash and prepare hair,



including scalp care treatments
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised
Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client records
Work with wigs and hairpieces, including cleaning, colouring, cutting, and styling where required
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a Hairdresser or in a similar role
Strong technical skills, particularly in fades, scissor work, and beard grooming
Excellent presentation with a high level of professionalism
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
