What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming and assisting customers with a smile as they visit our service department.
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
Managing customer bookings and coordinating loan vehicles and transport.
Preparing job orders and providing administrative support to the service team.
Setting clear customer expectations and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.




Addressing customer concerns effectively and ensuring satisfaction.
Monday - Friday full-time position 7:30am-5pm

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication skills that shine in every interaction.

Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a quick-paced setting.

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
