Calibre Safety & Trainingis seeking experienced and qualifiedTrainers & Assessorsto join our panel for upcoming training delivery opportunities across Queensland.
We are looking for industry professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and delivering high-quality training and assessment.
Applicants may be considered to deliverone or multiple units, depending on their qualifications, licences and industry experience.
Units We Are Seeking Trainers For
BSBTEC201 – Use business software applications
CPCCLSF**** – Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding (Basic)
CPCCLSF**** – Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding (Intermediate)
MSMPER300 – Issue work permits
RIIHAN310E – Conduct crane operations underground
RIIRIS403E – Manage and coordinate risk management processes
TLILIC**** – Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane up to 20 tonnes
TLILIC**** – Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane greater than 3 tonnes
TLILIC**** – Licence to drive a Medium Rigid vehicle
TLILIC**** – Licence to drive a Heavy Rigid vehicle
About the Role
As part of our trainer panel, you may be engaged to:
Deliver nationally recognised training.
Conduct practical and theory-based assessments.
Support learners to achieve competency.
Maintain accurate assessment documentation.
Deliver training in accordance with industry best practice.
Work across various Queensland locations as opportunities arise.
Engagements are offered on acasual or contract basis, depending on operational requirements and trainer availability.
About You
To be considered,
you will have:
Current Training and Assessment qualification (TAE).
Demonstrated industry experience relevant to the units you wish to deliver.
Current vocational competency.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging, compliant training and assessment.
Current Driver Licence.
Willingness to travel when required.
Relevant High Risk Work Licences and industry licences applicable to your delivery area will be highly regarded.

Evidence of recent professional development.
Two professional referees.
