About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Sleep Study Technician to join our growing team at CLM Sleep Co.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others achieve better sleep and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive polysomnography (PSG) studies on patients with suspected sleep disorders, including the application of electrodes and sensors.
Educating patients on sleep hygiene, pre- and post-study instructions, and other related topics, addressing their concerns and questions with empathy.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including study logs and reports.
Assisting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance.
Assisting with other clinical tasks including patient scheduling and preparation.




What We're Looking For:
The Empathetic Professional:You naturally maintain a calm, compassionate demeanour, even when dealing with patients who are anxious, unwell, or frustrated.
The Clear Communicator:You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain clinic policies clearly to patients of all backgrounds.
The Tech-Savvy Administrator:You are comfortable learning specialised medical software and have strong basic computer skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:ideally one year of experience as a Sleep Study Technician, with an Associate's degree in respiratory therapy or a related field or currently studying a health related/science degree.
Flexibility:Available for rotating shift patterns to accommodate sleep study scheduling requirements.
