About the Role
At Nando's, we're looking for energetic, customer‐centric individuals to join our front‐of‐house team.
No prior experience is required – just a passion for people and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare and cook PERi‐PERi food items on the grill.
Assist with food service, ensuring high‐quality standards and a safe cooking workplace.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Support teammates, including helping new staff learn procedures.
Requirements
Must be 16+ years old and legally authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand.

Depending on location, 18+ staff may need RSA or similar alcohol‐service certification.
