About The Role
Leading the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead by example to deliver quick, friendly customer service while motivating and supporting the Sales Team.
· Assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
· Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee while maintaining Banjo's quality standards.
· Train, coach,
and supervise Sales Team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
· Maintain merchandising standards throughout the store.
· Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and customers.
